In the greenhouses of APH ECO-CULTURE we use only biological techniques to increase the yield.
Namely, for pollination of tomatoes in the greenhouse complexes of Stavropol Krai we involve bumblebees, which increase the number of ovaries and fruits. The insects work in a whole hive, which is about 80 species. Just several of these hives can deal successfully with natural pollination within one greenhouse.
It is also noteworthy that bumblebees work only in favourable environmental conditions, and do not pollinate flowers in those greenhouses where chemicals are used for growth acceleration or protection.
