On March, 15 in Rudny settlement of Shchekinsky district of Tula Oblast the ceremony of a symbolical laying of the first stone was held of the new Tulsky greenhouse complex and the construction was officially launched!
Among the participants of the ceremony were the Deputy Prime Minister – the Minister of Economic Development of Tula Oblast Grigory Lavrukhin, the Deputy Prime Minister – the Minister of Agriculture of Tula region Dmitry Milyaev, the founder of APH ECO-Culture Andrey Petrenko and the executive director of Tulsky LLC Oleg Mikhaylov.
On the area covering 77.81 hectares the modern hi-tech production of vegetables is going to be launched. After reaching the designed capacity 37 thousand tons of cucumbers, 26.5 thousand tons of tomatoes and 300 tons of lettuce will be grown in the complex. Investments will be more than 20 billion rubles. The partner bank of this project is Sberbank PJSC. The first phase is supposed to be launched in 2019, the second one – in the IV quarter of 2020, and the third one – in the IV quarter of 2021. The project also includes creation of more than 1100 new jobs.

The Deputy Prime Minister – the Minister of Agriculture of Tula Oblast Dmitry Milyaev also noted that construction of the greenhouse complex is a project significant not only for our region, but for the entire country.
