With modern technologies are becoming more and more accessible, fast, powerful and manageable, it gives the opportunity to establish highly effective systems of production digitization and automation.
The agro-industrial sector representatives discussed various approaches for reducing economic losses and increasing production efficiency using the latest intelligent technologies.
In his speech, Igor Gul described which intelligent digital systems are applied by ECO-Culture agricultural holding and how it increases productivity and income of the enterprise. The topic of presentation was “Big Data and Routine Processes Robotization”. First of all, it means the reduction of labor costs on preparation of documentation through the 1C ZUP CORP automated system.
The further presentation contained the main performance indicators and principles used by ECO-culture – environmental cleanliness of production, geography of presence, as well as product range and amount of the vegetables produced. There were many reasons for the company’s need to optimize working processes using digital technologies – growth in the number of employees of the company, increase in labor costs for servicing staff requests (including payroll calculation). The main goal of implementing automated systems is to reduce the workload of accounting department employees and efficiency services. This goal has been successfully achieved within the structure of the agroholding covering all the territory of Russia. Today, thanks to the personal cabinet system, employees can receive all the necessary documentation online, saving time for accounting and other services of the company. The following steps are continuous improvement of the system and expansion of the range of automatically executed work processes.
