ECO-Culture’s exclusive tomato variety wins gold at PRODEXPO 2020

At the annual international Prodexpo exhibition held in Moscow from 10 to 14 February, our exclusive tomato variety “Ensemble” won the Gold Medal! The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation issued a winner’s diploma at the Luchshy Produkt-2020 international competition.

Yellow cherry tomatoes of the Ensemble variety have received the highest score from the degustation committee, which evaluated the product’s organoleptic characteristics. These tomatoes have a high sugar index on the Brix scale (more than 10).

The tomatoes are available in retail outlets all over Russia under the Cherry Gold brand name and have already won the hearts of consumers. It is one of the most unique tomato varieties, which are grown in Russia only by ECO-culture holding. These varieties are brought together in a separate Exclusive line of tomatoes.

Also, everyone interested had an opportunity to get acquainted with other products offered by the agricultural holding and try our specialty drink – “Bloody Mary” made on the basis of the juice freshly squeezed from tomatoes grown in the holding’s greenhouses using environmentally friendly methods.

Following the results of the exhibition, a special award was given to the packaging of our new tomato line – “Cherryeshki”. The packaging’s distinctive feature is its eco-friendliness. The committee also appreciated the convenience of the packaging and its design concept.

Cherryeshki tomatoes are now also already available in retail stores.
