One of the largest greenhouse complexes in Russia will be built in Tula Oblast

On March 15, 2018 the Governor of Tula Oblast Alexey Dyumin held a meeting with one of the founders of APH ECO-Culture, Andrey Petrenko. At the meeting questions of implementation of the investment project for the construction of the Tulsky greenhouse complex with area covering 77.81 hectares.
“This project is not only about investments and creation of new jobs which I being a governor find very important, but also, of course, about the state import substitution program and food security in Russia!” — noted Alexey Dyumin.
Construction of the greenhouses has already been started. The whole process will be implemented in three phases and is planned to be finished by 2021. But the first products of the new agricultural complex are expected to hit the shelves even earlier – in October, 2019.
