Rosselkhoztsentr experts pay a visit to “Solnechny Dar” greenhouse complex

The Rosselkhoztsentr Federal State Institution has a longstanding and fruitful cooperation with ECO-Culture holding. For many years now, the organizations have been interacting with each other in the framework of promising economic projects and have established productive business contacts.

On May 20, 2021, an official delegation of Rosselkhoztsentr visited “Solnechny Dar” greenhouse complex. Located in Stavropol Krai, it is now one of the holding’s leading projects. The visiting party included representatives of the federal and regional divisions of the institution led by Alexander Malko, the Director of the organization.

It was not by chance that the delegation of Rosselkhoztsentr, which provides state services in the field of crop production, chose to visit a branch of the country’s largest indoor vegetable production facility. The federal organization rightfully considers ECO-Culture to be the backbone company operating in the greenhouse industry. The rapid development of this direction in our country has largely come about thanks to the activities of the agricultural holding, which has by now launched dozens of modern high-tech greenhouses in different regions of Russia.

During the guided tour around the enterprise, the delegation members took a closer look at the complex itself and the distribution center which is mainly used for the products to be sorted, packaged, and shipped to the retail chains. The Rosselkhoztsentr representatives had a chance to have a detailed overview of the automated production facility, discuss problems faced by all Russian food producers, try to find ways to solve these problems, as well as outline further plans for enhancing the cooperation.

Sergei Stolyarov, the CEO of “Solnechny Dar” complex, stated that the company responded rather enthusiastically to the request of the state institution to get acquainted with innovative greenhouse technologies and assess the prospects of this direction to be further developed in the country. This format of meetings, which implies close interaction within a single production facility, appears to be important and interesting for both parties.
