APH Eco-Culture is initiating cooperation with the Huafa Group Chinese company concerning the construction of a large-scale greenhouse complex covering more than 250 hectares in Guangdong Province.
The phase one of the construction is scheduled to be launched before the end of 2019. The Chinese party fully undertakes the funding of the project, and the specialists of Eco-Culture will follow up with the operational management. At an early stage the products will be supplied only to the Chinese market. The company is also planning to build a greenhouse complex with a total area of 315 hectares in Uzbekistan. According to preliminary data, the phase one will be put into operation in the summer of 2019. The main agricultural crop will be tomato, the estimated annual production will make 130,000 tons.
Another project on the territory of Uzbekistan is construction of orchards covering 1000 hectares for growing apricot, plum, peach, and other fruits. APH Eco-Culture is ready to invest $92 million in this project. Another 6.5 billion rubles will be put in apple orchards in Stavropol Krai. The specialists of the company are planning to use intensive gardening techniques in this region.
