The new tomato variety from ECO-Culture’s Exclusive wins a gold medal at the Prodexpo-2021 exhibition

Tomatoes of the Delisher variety grown in “Ovoschi Chernozemya” greenhouse complex (Lipetsk Oblast) have won the gold medal at the Prodexpo international exhibition in the category “Best Product – 2021”. Today, this new and unique variety for Russia is grown only in greenhouses of ECO-Culture holding.

The 28th annual Prodexpo International Food and Beverage Exhibition took place in Moscow from April 12 to 16, 2021. This is the largest food industry event in Russia and Eastern Europe. Over 1,799 companies-participants from 44 countries and 32 regions of Russia presented their products in the exhibition halls of the Expocentre.

ECO-Culture company took part in the international contest entitled “Best Product” that was held within the framework of the exhibition. The holding presented a new product of 2020 from the Exclusive product line. This one includes only tomato varieties that are unique for the Russian market and are not offered by other producers. The jury awarded the Delisher collection with the highest award. Obviously, the well-deserved “gold” serves as a clear confirmation of the impeccable quality and excellent taste of the holding’s products.

Zhanna Yeronina, the Head of the Marketing Department at ECO-Culture, commented on yet another achievement of the largest agro-industrial enterprise in the Russian Federation:

“Our main priority is to provide the country with affordable and tasty vegetables. Being recognized at the international level exhibition was an important achievement confirming that we are on the right track! We are constantly expanding our product range to offer our compatriots new varieties and tastes. We are happy that our new products from the Exclusive line have found a positive response among both experts and consumers.”

Delisher is a premium cherry tomato variety with an oblong fruit shape and high sugar content (about 9.6 on the Brix scale). Presented on store shelves under the Plumini brand name, these vegetables have already gained popularity with consumers. Tender and juicy, the thin-skinned fruit with a rich sweet and sour taste makes a perfect ingredient not only for fresh vegetable salads but also for many other interesting dishes. Besides, they can be used as a self-sufficient snack or even dessert. Enjoyed both by children and adults, Plumini tomatoes are rich in vitamins and microelements. Most importantly, they are grown in ECO-Culture’s greenhouses without the unnecessary use of growth stimulants or chemical agents.
