Tomato seeds unique for Russia are planted in the ECO-Culture greenhouses

In Solnechnodolsk (Izobilnensky district), in the greenhouses of the Solnechnyi Dar complex, a ceremony of welcoming the first batch of exclusive tomato seeds in Russian soil took place. The representatives of ECO-Culture holding and the guests of honor planted the seeds of new cherry tomato crops: Naomi, Summer Sun, and others. This was another stage of the company’s long-term investment program in Stavropol Krai. The event was held in the greenhouses of the second construction phase. The plans for the nearest future include the launch of the third and fourth phases as well which will make 60 more hectares of useful area in addition to 57 hectares being already in operation.

The following persons have attended the ceremony: the Governor of Stavropol Krai V. Vladimirov, the Minister of Agriculture of the region V. Sitnikov, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Rosselkhozbank D. Konstantinov, the Head of the bank’s Stavropol branch Z. Tikhomirova, the President of APH “ECO-Culture” A. Rudakov, as well as the co-founder and the CEO of Solnechnyi Dar LLC A. Petrenko and V. Kotik.

The event was held on the occasion of the remarkable date for Rosselkhozbank – the 19th anniversary of the regional Stavropol branch opening. ECO-Culture company is the bank’s largest financial partner. In honor of this big day, the guests planted 19 seeds: exactly this many years the bank has been operating in Stavropol Krai.

Alexander Rudakov had made a positive comment about the prospects of the agricultural industry in Stavropol Krai. He noted that the region was not chosen by the company as the location for the new projects by chance. This is a very rewarding area for launching and developing the agricultural enterprise due to the climatic conditions and support of the regional authorities which have made a lot and are still helping the company to deal with a lot of issues. In particular, they provide key resources and comprehensive support for the business. This cooperation is beneficial for both parties, as it contributes to the economic development of the region and creates new jobs for its residents.

As for the holding’s partnership with Rosselkhozbank, this business relationship has been going on for many years now. Zoya Tikhomirova, the Head of the branch, believes that the joint efforts of both companies are a clear example of how to make business profitable with the credit support provided by a banking institution. The financial support was very important for ECO-Culture as it allowed the company to introduce a few agricultural innovations.
